When I logged in, my account was Basic, why?
I have been using a personal Dropbox for more than a year. I use it every week, and I have a lot of content stored. Today when I log it, it takes me to the create a new user screen? I pay my $11.99 every month. Why is my login not working?

Do you see the payment on this page? Could you try checking the card lookup tool to locate which account the payment was on?
