Shared folder viewed in users personal folder, not in the root folder

I'm admin of our Dropbox account. I have a folder in the root called Accounting When I invite a new user access to this folder and they navigate to it on the their desktop it is in their personal...

I clicked the Share to Dropbox and entered the users name and the User got an invite
