Scared of deleting a separate account
I have an existing paid account. I accidentally set up a second free account when I was trying to change my password on the original account. Can I delete the second account without affecting my original acct and its contents? I'm so scared of losing my stuff! thank you!
Hey dhahn, thanks for joining our Community!
These two accounts are completely separate from each other. They are associated with different email addresses and they're not linked.
So, in this case, you're safe to delete the free account, as long as you don't need any of the files in it (if any).
And if there are, you can also download them to your computer for safekeeping, before you delete the account.
Let me know if you have any questions.
