Plan Cancelled and Files Deleted Unexpectedly
I received an email from Dropbox saying "Dropbox plan will not renew" and another email saying "you've deleted your Dropbox Account".
I did not perform any of these actions. My acount should be goo...

Is the email address you received this email to the one you see here? If yes, does it look like a brand new account?
If not, and you try to log in to Dropbox with the same email address as the one you got this email to, what do you see? Do you receive any errors?

Hi Nancy,
Yes, same looking email. Yes, brand new 2gb Basic account. When I tried logging in it showed just the basic 2gb account with no files in it.

My subscription is paid through April 24, 2024 and I did not initiate any requests to cancel and delete my files.
