Mailbox got HACKED and opened Dropbox account
Hi everyone
We have a client of ours got his O364 mailbox hacked .
The hacker opened a dropbox account on this mail+2FA.
The hacker sends phishing emails .
How can we Delete the dropbox account ?

You'll need to get the person to contact Dropbox direct via www.dropbox.com/support . If they are on a free account make sure they are not logged in - even to the forums and then go to that link. An incognito window works well.
