I signed up to drop box over 10 years ago using a certain email address. That internet service provider no longer exists but I still know my old password. When I tried logging in using my old email and password it said it sent a link to the old email address to reactivate my account.
Obviously I can't open this email to reactivate the account.
I have a basic account.
How do I access my old account or is it gone forever.
*There is no way to access old email. Company no longer in existence*

Paddy123, sorry to jump in here, but when saying that you’re being sent a link to reactivate your Dropbox account, do you mean that a 6-digit code is being sent to your old email address?
If yes, then we can open a ticket for you instead, and forward it over here.
- Paddy1232 years agoExplorer | Level 4@Nancy That is correct. When I try to log in using my old email address, it says.
'' welcome back, we sent a code to (old email address) and any devices you've linked to this account. Enter the code to continue. (6 digits)''
What should I do?
