Admin unable to invite me to team

My GM started a company account with 6 licenses, she tried to invite me to be part of the team but it rejected her email saying "1 email was already invited by another team".  This isn't true, the on...

    THANK YOU JAY! I ENDED UP ACCEPTING THE INVITE, THEN IT GAVE ME THE OPTION TO REMOVE MYSELF FROM THE TEAM.  IT'S VERY STRANGE THAT THEY DON'T HAVE A "DECLINE" BUTTON.  ONCE I REMOVED MYSELF FROM THE TEAM, MY GM THEN COULD INVITE ME TO HER TEAM.
