Hi CathMac
Dropbox isnt a option for Office at present. There is no way to do this - Microsoft only want people to use their own products basically.
Things are starting to change within Word / Excel etc. for business users but this is only a Beta.

Hey CathMac, welcome back to our forum!
To clarify, he’s using Apple’s Mail, correct?
Did he see Dropbox as an option previously, or is this the first time he’s trying to use it with his email address to attach/save files?
Let me know, and we’ll have a look.

Hi Nancy, He's using Mac Pro but he uses Outlook. I've just opened a word doc and the storage options are One Drive \, One Drive for Business and SharePoint. None of which we use.
As to saving from mail, he has not been able to without difficulty - taking a very circuitous route.
Thank you for your help
