I'm not seeing all of my Dropbox folders after connecting my account to Epson scanner

I integrated DROPBOX with my EPSON RR-600W scanner. I have many options to save a scan, including DROPBOX. All I had to do was sign into DROPBOX in the Epson Scansmart application with my DROPBOX ID ...

    So your scans are saved in your Dropbox folder as individual files and not in a specific folder - is that right pasteve99?

     

    Do you see the Epson integration under your Connected apps tab? If so, you can try disconnecting it and re-connecting it anew.

     

    If you still get the same results afterwards, it may be that the developers of the integration have set as the default place for your scans to be just in Dropbox and not in a particular folder.
