I can't upload pictures from Dropbox to AppFolio using the Dropbox site
I have to write reports on appfolio and it requires uploading photos to the reports. Recently, I've had an issue where if I'm using the online version of dropbox, the files will not upload into appfolio. However, if I download dropbox onto my computer, the pictures will upload. While it's a temporary fix, my computer doesn't have the necessary storage to download all of the files in dropbox to my computer. It wasn't a problem until recently. How can I fix this?

Could you clarify how you're uploading files from the Dropbox site to AppFolio? Is this from the Dropbox site directly, or via AppFolio trying to navigate the files on your Dropbox account?
Do you get any error messages visible when trying to do so?
