I can't see my Capture video among my Dropbox files (on web + desktop app)

I've just installed the Capture desktop application from dropbox.
When I record a video, it saves automatically but I can't access it in my dropbox account (browser or Mac Finder). It can only be accessed via capture.dropbox.com.

How can I make it accessible in dropbox (the aim being to be able to limit access to certain team members)?

  • Hi @NiFu! Hope you’re doing great, and thanks for posting here.

Just to clarify, if you go to www.dropbox.com (or even the local Dropbox folder on your computer), and navigate among the list of folders there, do you see a folder under the name “Capture” perhaps? If yes, does it contain your video?

If not, can you search on the web using "Capture" as your keyword, and let me know what you see?

    Keep me posted.
