Dropbox Capture- crash when capturing screen in coherence mode

Hi,

I am using parallel desktop on my Mac, parallel desktop version 19.1.1. I noticed that when I capture an app screen in which using parallel desktop coherence mode, the dropbox capture app will crash. For instance: when I capture Microsoft word window (working in coherence mode), the dropbox capture app will crash and quit.

However, when I turn off the coherence mode and using Dropbox Capture to capture the parallel desktop virtual machine screen, it just works.

Dropbox capture version: v111.2.0

Hi simple_boy_1203, thanks for posting here!

When did you first notice this behavior?

If you could give me some time, in order for me to check with the appropriate team internally, I'd be super grateful.

    Thanks a bunch!

Hey simple_boy_1203 - sorry to jump in here, but I just wanted to mention that our team is looking into this.

As a workaround for the time being they suggested installing the Dropbox Capture app for Windows inside Parallels, so that you can record a Window's window.

        I hope this helps!
