My account is full even after deleting my files

Hello,    Does somebody know whether it is possible to get real help from dropbox, because the chat is only sending automatic messages... Or there is no help at all?   Thank you.

    Have you checked www.dropbox.com/backups to see if thats using up the quota? 

     

    Note as well that deleted items do not use up your quota so deleting them has no impact
