Quota reduced from over 2 GB to 1.9 GB even though I deleted almost all my photos
ive deleted all photos except for 1 it now tells me i have 1.9gb used out of 2 gbs how is this possible considering ive deleted majority of my phots

Have you checked other files? Remember everything at www.dropbox.com/home uses quota. As does www.dropbox.com/backups
- snowfrillExplorer | Level 3Considering via phone I can't access my files unless I upgrade that could be reason but I need to see my files as I believe alot of them can be deleted as no longer need them will try via computer later but if have same problem how will I be able to see them

Hi snowfrill, thanks for messaging the Community.
You wouldn't need to upgrade to view your files on the site or mobile app, only if you need to add more files or sync changes if the account is overquota.
Could you try checking the links that Mark suggested, as well as the shared folders page, since those also add to your quota?
