Hi salageanandrey, and sorry for jumping in.
It's kind of expected to see this message/notification once your Dropbox account gets close to its quota limit.
Did you try to add a small file/folder to your Dropbox account and it couldn't sync/get uploaded?

I removed all files from dropbox, remaining two empty folders that Dropbox keeps returning each time I delete them and still it shows as if I have used all my quota

I have been using Dropbox free service for a long time. since August 2023 it started telling me I have used all my storage.
I have deleted all my files, remaining only two empty folders that Dropbox keeps bringing back each time I delete them.
I have also removed myself from all previously shared folders.
Any suggestions?
