Lost additional storage space when I downgraded back to the Basic plan

Hi there Huggybear0 - sorry to hear about this.
Could you clarify how exactly you had gathered so much quota on your account? Was it from referrals perhaps or other promotions?
Also, what exactly is reported in your plan tab at the moment?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there.

Hi. Thanks for your reply.
I accumulated it through referrals.
Currently my plan tabs says 20.25GB.

Hi Rob,
Thank you for your reply.
Please disregard the previous email as it was a mistake.
I can see that you have accumulated 32 GB worth of storage in total on your own, once you get downgraded you will not lose this extra space.
I will be looking forward to an update on this if there is anything else I can help you with.

I see, thanks for the additional information , Reede - much appreciated.
One piece of information that is missing here is that when you upgrade your account to a paid plan, the quota earned through referrals is doubled. On the contrary, when you downgrade back to the Basic plan, the storage space (I.e. quota) is halved, so it goes back to what you had before upgrading.
In this case, I gather that you had earned 16 GB of referral space, but when you asked about this you had already upgraded so the space mentioned was the double (32 GB).
Let me know if this makes sense.
- Huggybear016 days agoExplorer | Level 3Hi. I honestly can’t remember. You are correct that when I was told how much I had (32 GB) it was still in the upgrade period.
Is there a way to look back before I upgraded my account
