Hey conchimnon - sorry to hear about this.
Can you please let us know what's reported in your plan tab in regards to your account's quota?
Also, do you see any unsubscribe button within the emails you're getting about this?
Any additional information or screenshots are more than welcome!

Thanks for the additional information and the screenshots too conchimnon
May I ask how many times you've received this email notification so far?
Also, is it possible that you were closer to your account's quota limit at that point?
- conchimnon27 days agoExplorer | Level 3Hello Walter,
I just checked email and found that such email send from Oct 18, and then continue on Oct 19, 20.
I dont change any files during the latest month.
So I am afraid that something went wrong. - RebeccaFF26 days agoNew member | Level 2
I am having the same problem. Daily I am receiving emails to say my storage is full and whilst it was, I have since upgraded and am still receiving the same urgent emails. Others do have access to add files but I am only using 3.9gb of 2TB - so I do not understand what is going on. Please can you assist?

Hi RebeccaFF, could you attach a screenshot showing the email you received, and how much quota you have on your account here?
conchimnon, could you also attach a screenshot from the same page on your account?
