Dropbox showing storage full but sync file on my laptop properties shows well below plan max
I received out of storage space messages. I deleted a lot of files and reduced the size of photos. My laptop shows the sync file is less than 1GB but Dropbox web is showing 3.4gb and need to upgrade....

Hey sheppy666, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please clarify what exactly is reported in your account's plan tab in regards to your quota?
Also, do you see any files or folders taking up space on your homepage and your backups page as well?
Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.
