Would you mind clarifying where you're seeing this behavior? Is it our website or the desktop app?
If it's the website, can you use a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?

Thanks a lot, Hannah, I'm using a different browser and now my upload speed improves.

If you want, you can try to clear your main browser's cache, which should help you use that instead.
