Frozen upload screen when using my mobile.
On Samsung Android phone, when selecting a picture, "Share with Dropbox" with Add, the next screen that does the actual upload is frozen and will not upload. Why is it frozen? I think the only to fix...

Yes, that did clear it up once. But I think it has happened since. Lets put this issue on pause to see if it happens again.

Hey there, sgoldberg, let's jump right into this!
As a first step, could you clarify the OS you're using, along with the Dropbox version, please?
If you could also attach a screenshot of the screen that you see as frozen, that'd be great.
Do you notice the same behavior, if you access the Dropbox mobile app, and click the + icon, in order to upload your file that way?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

HI Megan,
The issue is on my Android phone, Samsung Galaxy S23. Android version 13.
I am not on a Windows / MAC PC when this happens.
I get to this point by browsing my picture Gallery, select a picture, press "share" icon, select DropBox icon, press "Add to DropBox". This is the screen that is frozen.
However, I can go the DropBox app on the phone and upload the file there successfully.
Do you need any other information?
Thanks,Steve

Thank you sgoldberg!
Can you access the app's settings, and clear its cache, then uninstall Dropbox, and do a quick re-install, please?

Hi again Megan,
I did the clear cache, uninstall and reinstall.
The file uploaded successfully.
In the past, sometimes this would work, sometimes not. Not sure of the conditions of when it failed.
Next time this happens, I'll clear cache and try again.
Its easier to upload when browsing the Gallery than to open the app and upload from there.
Thanks for your help,
Steve
