Do the rest of the Dropbox right-click options work for you as normal?
What's the sync status and version of the Dropbox app, when you hover your mouse over the Dropbox icon in your menu bar?

Thank you for the quick reply. File sync is working well. My desktop is v211.4.6008. Nine of the items under Quick Actions only Transfer a file... works. I have the same version of Dropbox desktop on my other MacBook Pro, and Copy Dropbox link works just fine. I assume my Dropbox account is good.

Yes, only Transfer a file will open a dialog box; the remaining eight items under Quick Actions are not responsible.
