Cannot create File Request

Hi...I'm a new DropBox user with a Basic plan.  When I create a File Request, I enter the Title and Description and then click Create.  DropBox just hangs at that point with the Create button spinnin...

    Hi there kt1547 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    Could you please try an incognito window with no extensions or plugins running and let us know if you still get the same results?

     

    If you do, send us a screenshot of the last screen you can get to or any error that might pop up so that we can have a visual too.

    Hi @Walter,

     

    Thanks for the quick response...and creating the File Request using Incognito mode did work.  I was able to complete a test example.

     

    Just curious, is this a common workaround?  Are there certain extensions that interfere with DropBox in this way?
