How to delete a signed document on Dropbox Sign?
Hi,
How can I delete a signed Dropbox Sign Document?
In HelloSign, I was able to freely delete a pending or signed document, but after the Dropbox Sign transition, I cannot do that anymore. ...

Hi Jay,
There is only one way for me to access the signatures page.
Here: https://www.dropbox.com/signatures
and as you can see, there is no Delete option.
Before I turned off MFA on HelloSign, I could still access the HelloSign dashboard and delete signed, pending, draft documents.
See below for an example of the HelloSign dashboard.

Thanks for the info, I'd recommend contacting the support team directly for them to investigate this matter further on their end.

Hi Jay,
I heard back from the support team.
It seems it is not possible to delete signature documents on the Dropbox Signature page.
And it is also not possible to revert back to the HelloSign page (Dropbox Sign).
It's very disappointing to that the Dropbox page tells me to turn off my HelloSign 2FA and giving me a very unsatisfactory eSignature experience in the barebone basic Dropbox Signature page.
What is baffling is that the features and functions exist in HelloSign, but in Dropbox Signature page. I am very disappointed.
