Can't use automation to auto-add tags to files in a folder

Talking further with Dropbox staff via email, as of Sept 2023 the automated tagging feature is only available to Dropbox Professional, Standard, Advanced, and Enterprise plans.

I thought I was on Standard or Advanced but turns out I'm on the "Plus" plan which is not supported.

It's present in the list for me, both when creating a new automated folder and when adding automation to an existing folder.
I tried adding it as instructed to a newly created folder, and also tried adding the automation rule to an already created folder. Neither worked.
Working fine here. I tested it on a new automated folder and an existing folder that I added a new automation to, and both worked as expected.
Can you take some screenshots that show the option missing?
Screenshots below. I get the same list of options whether I create a new folder and add automation, click "Organize > Add automation", or click "... > Add automation". I'm on the latest version of Chrome (Version 115.0.5790.110) on Windows 11 and have emptied cache and done a hard reload on the page.
