Automation not working for different users on a shared folder

I have an issue where I set up an automation system in a shared folder but whenever other members of my team add files to the folder to be sorted, it doesn't work for them. The automation only works ...

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, dc1287.

 

Let me start by saying that when it comes to shared folders, if you've set up an automation on a folder and then you share that folder, the automation should remain for anyone the folder is shared with.

 

However, any automations that you have set to a subfolder, won’t transfer when the folder is shared.

 

Can you check the info in this article and let me know if that's the case for you?
