Unable to Save to Photo Library
Recently my mobile dropbox has been unable to save photos to my photo library on my iPhone 5s. I have never had a problem with this before and am now not sure what to do. I have tried to download multiple pictures with no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks.
I just experienced this for the first time. Sucessfully exported several photos to my camera roll (as I have been doing for years with the Dropbox app), and suddenly one got the error. Then all subsequent tries on any other photos got the error. Quit the app, turned phone on and off. No dice. Plenty of space on the phone, internet connection fine, settings in Dropbox to allow use of cellular data.
What solved it was updating the app. Perhaps folks who experiece this while on the latest version would have to actually delete and reinstall the app to get rid of this problem.

I cannot save any pictures to my Dropbox from Whatsapp. When I click share it regards my picture document as text. What can I do? My phones are Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S5 with exactly the same problem. As it is important for me to save the pictures or documents I am considering moving to another software.

I am trying to save an image on my phone from dropbox but keep getting this message after it fails to complete the export:
Dropebox was unable to save to the photo library
I tried rebooting my iPhone... still same message.
My internet is working fine as well.
Help!

I've got the same issue... On my wife's iPhone 5s, I'm trying to save a photo from Dropbox to the camera roll but the pop up reads 'Export Failed Dropbox was unable to save to photo library'... Logged in to the app fine; connection fine; photo upload toggled etc etc...

You hopefully have this fixed by now, but my issue was that Dropbox was set to wifi only, so I turned cellular access on, and was able to save to my camera roll!
