Neither Dropbox nor Amazon have such a feature. You'll need to use a third-party transfer service, such as MultCloud, to handle the direct transfer for you.

Hey there ChrisRPI, welcome to the Dropbox Community!

If you have the Dropbox desktop app installed, you can try adding the files by downloading or moving them directly to the Dropbox folder.

If you don't have it installed, you should be able to download them locally and upload them to the Dropbox website.

You can find more info about adding files to your Dropbox account via the website and desktop app, here

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Can someone tell me how to transfer my photos and videos out of Amazon Photos and into Dropbox?

There is no automated way via Dropbox - so you need to download locally and then reupload unless you can find a third party tool which may help (http://mover.io is a possibility).
