Thumbnail V1 Stop Working- Super Urgent
Is api v1 Thumbnail call shutdown by Dropbox ????????????? api-content.dropbox.com/1/thumbnails
- 8 years agoYes, as announced last year, API v1 has been retired, including /1/thumbnails. You can find more information in the blog post here:
https://blogs.dropbox.com/developers/2016/06/api-v1-deprecated/
We notified developers by email, but it sounds like those emails unfortunately did not make it to you.
Now that API v1 has been retired, further API calls to it will fail. You should migrate your app to API v2 instead:

If you need more time to migrate your app to API v2, we can offer an extension for access to API v1. To request that, if you haven't already, please open an API ticket with the relevant app key(s):

Thanks for the quick response Greg (y). I extended api v1 access through an API Ticket J.
Yes, I recieved an email that api v1 gonna be deperciated and dropbox won't give any support on api v1 but I never thought dropbox will completely shutdown it . I migrated many of my v1 calls to v2 but some are left which created chaos in live environment. Well now I am migrating all the remaining v1 calls to v2.Thanks
